      Drop-off / Walk-in repairs receive a free diagnostic, relaying the exact flat fee cost for your approval.  We will need to see it first before being able to provide the rate.  Onsite visits are based hourly and on the level of service.

    • Is there a wait time for onsite service requests?

      Absolutely not!  We have a team of 20 onsite technicians so we can accommodate all last-minute requests for the same day.  Typically, you’ll see a technician at your home or office within 1 – 3 hours.

    • Do you offer a warranty with your service?

      Yes, 30 days.  That being said, feel free to ask us questions or bring up follow-up issues beyond that time as well.  We are not sticklers with the 30 days, and want to ensure you are satisfied with our service and your computer.  Further, if we cannot fix your computer or if you are not satisfied with our service, you are not obligated to pay.  We are committed to you being 100% satisfied with our repair service.
